Katrina: Five Years of Reflection

On August 28, 2005 Hurricane Katrina roared through the gulf coast devastating the states of Louisiana, Alabama and Mississippi. KATRINA: Five Years of Reflection marked the anniversary of this tragic event and presented the work of several artists who lived through the disaster. Each artist used his or her creative vision to process and distill this tragic event. Their work stood as an enduring record of the event, its aftermath and effect on the lives that it touched.
